Housing Design Awards 2015

8th May 2015:
Mæ are delighted to announce that three of our projects have been shortlisted for the 2015 Housing Design AwardsBrentford Lock West Phase 2 for Isis Waterside Regeneration, Lisson Arches for LB of Westminster and Agar Grove for LB Camden (in collaboration with Hawkins\Brown) are all finalists.  The winners will be announced on 13 July.



Aylesbury Estate gains planning approval

28th April 2015:
The 830-home first phase of the Aylesbury Estate redevelopment has received planning permission.  A collaboration with HTA and Hawkins\Brown for Notting Hill Housing, Mæ's scheme includes extra-care housing and a community centre.  Phases 2- 4, which includes a further 2745 homes, offices, shops, health centres and publics parks, also received outline planning.  Phase 1 starts on site in August.



Hillington Square is a RTPI Planning Award finalist

31st March 2015:
We are delighted that Hillington Square is a finalist for the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence in Delivering Housing.  The winners will be announced on 6 July.



Mæ exhibit at the Royal Academy

7th February 2015:
Mæ are currently featuring in the Royal Academy of Arts' exhibition 'Four Visions for the Future of Housing' in the Architecture Space, Burlington House from the 7th February to 17th May with Alex Ely giving a talk about the ideas on the 27th February at 7pm in the Keeper's House, Burlington House



Mæ commences Regent's Park housing project

15th December 2014:
Mæ has been competitively selected to design new housing across the Regent's Park Estate for the London Borough of Camden. The housing is designed to manage the impact of High Speed Two (HS2), which puts 215 existing homes at risk. The HS2 replacement homes aim to deliver sensitive infill development whilst enhancing the public realm of the estate.
