Catford Stadium


13th May 2013:
Mæ have been appointed by Barratt London and Gallions Housing to deliver a scheme of 600 homes and community facilities for Greater London Authority.  The Catford Stadium project is being developed collaboratively by Mæ and Witherford Watson Mann Architects.

 


 

Agar Grove residential development


29th April 2013:
: Mæ are delighted to be appointed by London Borough of Camden for a substantial residential development at Agar Grove. The project is being developed collaboratively by Mæ, architects Hawkins\Brown and landscape architects Grant Associates.

 


 

Church End scheme submitted to planning


29th April 2013:
: Mæ's Church End estate regeneration scheme for the London Borough of Brent has been submitted for planning. This new project provides 35 new homes and 200 sq ft of enterprise space.

 


 

Lisson Grove pre-cast concrete panels


14th March 2013:
As part of our research into pre-cast concrete panels for Lisson Grove project Michael and Helen have been casting beautiful plaster facade elements. This section shows our proposed 3:4:5 grid with profiled panels that cast shadow across the facade

 


 

Tybalds scheme submitted to planning


25th February 2013:
Mæ's estate regeneration scheme for the London Borough of Camden has been submitted for planning. The collaborative project with Duggan Morris Architects, Avanti Architects along with Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design provides 93 new homes in the heart of Holborn WC1.
