Mæ has moved- new address details below

3rd May 2011: Mæ moved into lovely new offices in Clerkenwell on Saturday 7th May. Please note our new address: 1 Naoroji Street, London WC1X 0GB. Our main telephone number and office email address remains the same.


 

Mæ to remodel hillington square

19th April 2011: Mæ has been chosen, from 77 expressions of interest, to transform one of King's Lynn's most deprived 1960s housing estates, Hillington Square. Working with clients Freebridge Community Housing, and Hemingway Design, mæ is now working up designs for the project which aims to remodel all of the estate's 15 residential blocks and public spaces.


 

hammond court: unanimous planning approval

15th November 2010: Mæ has received unanimous planning consent for a 43 dwelling new build housing scheme in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Our designs for Hammond Court, an estate renewal scheme for East Thames Group, was cited by the planning committee to be "an opportunity not to be missed’ and "an exceptional design".


 

Mæ's eco-town designs selected

27th October 2010: Mæ has been competitively selected by Eco-Bos to design carbon neutral housing as part of their eco-town project in St Austell Cornwall.


 

Mæ's New Islington homes to start on site in 2010

 

9th September 2010: Mæ is pleased to announce that planning permission has been secured for 18 new family houses at Urban Splash’s New Islington site in Manchester. Developed on behalf of Great Places Housing Group, the dwellings consist of a mixture of bright and spacious terraced and semi-detached homes with gardens.
