mæ has designed a wide range of house types that meet all current UK standards and policies whilst achieving spatial delight and value for money. Our ISE (Innovative, Sustainable Enclosure) range of house types have been developed with the needs of Housing Associations in mind. The range has received Housing Corporation Plan Compliance. They are intended for housing developments that are part of town extensions or new sustainable neighbourhoods that will be delivered as part of CLG’s Sustainable Communities Plan, particularly suitable for housing growth areas.
